These are the 2 simple statements that I made at the council scrutiny meeting today
Mess.
The original head of service left after making these recommendations with indicated savings not being made. We are now dealing with this mess. Children’s needs are more important.
Promise
That if in a position to do so our group will, at the earliest opportunity, revert back to catchment
